Through our business model, our self-driven, independent agents run their own business from anywhere in California and get paid directly from escrow at closing. Our expert Transaction Coordination Team has a seamless process to make your job as stress-free and seamless as possible, by using multiple programs to save agents time and minimize paperwork, so they can focus their efforts on prospecting, showing properties, and writing offers.

For Realtors based outside of Northern California, Farmore Homes will join your MLS association to facilitate you joining our team. Simply include your MLS association in our contact form and we will get in touch with you immediately.

Agents pay $98 per closing, plus a $98 per month fee and an annual fee of $98 for E&O insurance. All agents are required to pay a $400 Transaction Coordination Fee for purchases and a $475 Transaction Coordination Fee for listings. Transaction Coordination Fees can be paid by the client at close of escrow. Agents may also use the licensed transaction coordinator of their choice.

For part time agents closing 1-4 transactions per year, we offer a discounted monthly rate of $26/mo with a $594 fee per transaction, and an annual E&O fee of $98.

Having an organized transaction is a major key to success. Farmore Homes works with Closing Time Solutions to ensure that all transactions are processed timely and efficiently. The streamlined process allows our agents to spend time prospecting, showing, and selling; versus being bogged down with paperwork and disclosures. Our TC team takes that weight off the agent and allows for a seamless transaction.

What agents can expect

  • Email introduction which includes the timeline and escrow details to the professional and your client(s). Group texts with you and your client(s) to communicate transaction details to the agent and the client(s).
  • Review of the contracts, modifications, addendums, counters and any additional documentation to ensure that all have been fully executed with proper dates, initials and signatures.
  • Manage and monitor all contractual timelines, providing you with reminders of upcoming contingencies and tasks on or before the due date.
  • Ensure all participants, including title and escrow, have received all applicable documents, reports and invoices.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with all participants to ensure a positive progress toward a successful close of escrow.
