Where Sellers Save Far More!
Traditional brokers charge 5% of the sales price as gross commission, with half of the money going to the buyer’s broker.
This means that if you sell your home for $500,000, the total commission paid to brokers would be $25,000. Of that amount, $12,500 would go to your listing broker and $12,500 would go to the buyer’s broker.
Farmore Homes charges a 1% listing agency fee.
Sellers still pay a buyer agency fee but this fee is negotiable and typically ranges from 1.75% to 2.5%. At minimum, you save 1.5% of the total sale price of your home.
